Keçiören/Ankara’da yapımı tamamlanmak üzere olan Cumhuriyet Kulesi’ nin  freeform yapısal çelik uygulama projeleri Milatek Mühendislik tarafından tamamlanmıştır. 200m uzunluğundaki kulenin tepesinde yer alan bu çelik strüktür yaklaşık 30m yüksekliğindedir. In 2017, the steel facade and roof projects of the Erzincan Health Campus, designed by Seben Architecture and commissioned by the Ministry of Health, were prepared by Milatek. 

The architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical projects, as well as the preparation of tender documents for the warehouse building project undertaken by PTT in Ordu, were carried out by our company. 

The steel roof application projects for the project carried out by KLV Group at TUBITAK MAM campus were prepared by Milatek. 

The steel roof projects of AFAD ADYM buildings to be constructed in various cities across Turkey were carried out by Milatek. 

Located in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, this facility, being utilized approximately 400 tons of steel in the process of building and constructed by Metal Yapı Eng., had its Tekla model, fabrication, and assembly drawings prepared by Milatek. 

The Tekla model and fabrication/installation drawings of the approximately 650-ton sports complex, whose manufacturing and assembly works were carried out by Tork Steel, were prepared by Milatek. 

The construction of what was planned to be Turkey's largest stage in Ankara, within Ankapark, remained at the project stage. Due to the closure of Ankapark, the implementation was not carried out. 

Ankara Keçiören’de yerel futbol takımının kullanımına sunulacak olan stadyum yapısı, aynı zamanda bölge halkına kütüphane, farklı spor ve sosyal imkanlar sunan bir tesis olacaktır.
